Common questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
In the app: Settings › Subscription › Manage Subscription. Or on your iPhone: Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Cine Live. Cancel at least 24 hours before the free week or current period ends and you won't be charged again.
How do I ask for a refund?
Purchases are made through Apple, so Apple handles refunds. In the app: Settings › Legal & Privacy › Request a Refund. Or go to reportaproblem.apple.com. See the Refund Policy.
How do I use Claude and AI shots?
They run on your own accounts. Make an Anthropic account at platform.claude.com for Claude, or a Higgsfield account at open.higgsfield.ai for AI shots, create an API key, and paste it in Settings › AI Accounts. Anthropic and Higgsfield bill you directly. Everything else in Cine Live works without them.
How do I move my plan to a new device?
Sign in with the same Apple Account and tap Restore Purchases in Settings › Subscription.
Where are my projects kept?
On your device. Your videos never leave it unless you share or post them.
How do I delete my data?
Settings › Legal & Privacy › Delete My Data erases everything Cine Live holds about you, on your device and on our server. See the Privacy Policy.
