Cine Live Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Marid Bey ("we") about your use of Cine Live. They apply in addition to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/). By using Cine Live you agree to both. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Who can use Cine Live

You must be at least 13 years old to use features that go online (AI features and connecting to YouTube). If you are under 18, you should use Cine Live with the permission of a parent or guardian.

Subscriptions and the free trial

• Cine Live offers a monthly subscription and a yearly subscription. Each starts with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Prices are shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency.
• Payment is taken by Apple from your Apple Account when the free trial ends, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
• Subscriptions renew automatically, at the same price, at the end of each month or year, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple Account settings, or from Settings > Subscription in the app. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
• We will tell you in advance, through Apple, if a price goes up. You can cancel before it takes effect.

Your AI accounts

• Claude and AI shots run on your own Anthropic and Higgsfield accounts, which you connect in Settings > AI Accounts. Anthropic and Higgsfield charge those accounts directly, at their own prices and under their own terms. These charges are between you and them, and are not part of your Cine Live subscription.
• Higgsfield's price for a shot is shown before you make it. Higgsfield doesn't charge for shots that fail or are refused.
• You are responsible for keeping your keys safe and for activity on your Anthropic and Higgsfield accounts. You can disconnect a key in the app at any time, and delete it on Anthropic's or Higgsfield's site.
• Cine Live doesn't sell AI use, and can't refund charges made by Anthropic or Higgsfield.

Refunds

All purchases are made through Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple. See the Refund Policy.

Your content

• You own the videos, photos, music, words and other material you use or make in Cine Live. We don't claim any rights to it.
• You are responsible for having the rights to everything you put into your videos and share, including music, footage, images and other people's likenesses.
• AI-generated shots, edits, grades and captions are produced by automated systems. They may be inaccurate or unexpected; check them before you publish.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Cine Live to make or share content that is illegal; infringes someone else's rights; harasses, threatens or exploits anyone; sexualizes minors; depicts real people in a misleading or harmful way without their consent; or is designed to deceive people into believing something false is real. When you use AI features, you also agree to Anthropic's Usage Policy (https://www.anthropic.com/legal/aup) and Higgsfield's terms. We may limit or stop AI features for anyone who breaks these rules.

Third-party services

Some features rely on services run by others: Apple (purchases), Anthropic (Claude), Higgsfield (AI shots), Google (YouTube) and Cloudflare (our server). If you connect YouTube, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). Sharing a video to another app is governed by that app's terms. We are not responsible for services we don't run, and a feature may change or stop if a service changes.

Changes to the app

We improve Cine Live over time and may add, change or remove features. If we remove a feature you paid for in a way that matters, you can ask Apple for a refund under its policy.

Disclaimer

Cine Live is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we don't promise that it will be error-free or always available, or that AI features will produce particular results. Keep your own copies of important footage.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost data, footage or profits, arising from your use of Cine Live. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Cine Live in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be limited.

Ending these terms

You can stop using Cine Live at any time and delete your data with Delete My Data. We may stop providing the app or its online features, giving notice where we reasonably can.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Arkansas, United States, except where the laws of the place you live give you rights that cannot be waived.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will show the new version in the app with a new date. Continuing to use Cine Live after a change means you accept it.
